How long does US shipping take?

Every order ships from our Helsinki workshop with a tracked door-to-door courier. Standard delivery is 6–10 business days after the order leaves the workshop. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Do I pay duties, taxes or customs fees?

Accepted Answer

Prices on this US storefront are shown in USD without US sales tax. Any applicable duties, import fees or state sales tax are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

Why do some products show as "Sold out" on the US site?

Accepted Answer

"Sold out" here does not always mean we're out of stock. Shopify returns a product as unavailable to US shoppers when the US market is turned off for that item, when the US market has no shipping rate configured, or when the product isn't published to the US region — even if inventory is on hand in Finland. If you see a product marked sold out in USD that's in stock on our Finnish site, email us and we'll enable it for the US within one business day.

What's your US return policy?

30-day returns from the delivery date. If the product isn't right for your family, contact us and we'll arrange the return. Items should come back in original condition and packaging.

Are the products safe and certified for US homes?

Accepted Answer

All climbers and furniture are built from CE- and EN71-certified Finnish/Baltic birch plywood and finished with non-toxic, EN71-3 compliant lacquers and oils — no formaldehyde, no phthalates. The construction and finishes align with CPSIA expectations for children's products.

How do I get help with sizing, assembly or an order?

Email asiakaspalvelu@montessori24.fi. We reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, EET). Assembly guides and short videos are on each product page — most pieces take 20–40 minutes with the included tools.
